According to the Radco book you can repair with araldite. Now I just need a bit of scrap fin.

Can cast iron be filed OK?

Hi Johnny,

I also changed the box in a 1955 frame. It was a few years ago and I'm sure the engine stayed in. Memory, I suppose, can play tricks.
I guess that mag has to come off. :cry: Have fun!

You can get the gearbox out with the engine in, although I can't remember how I did it.

oil feed pipe assembly 141-52

Hi, all.

The above item connects the oil tank to the rocker box "specs". And TBH always seems to get in the way. :mrgreen:

Since it is not available from the usual sources, how can I make one up? Considering bending some copper brake pipe.
