I have left a car and trailer at Fishguard with no trouble. The is a large car park behind the port building (turn off the roundabout just before the approach road to the port). You have to pay but I don't think its a lot. I'm sure its mentioned on the port website. There are loads of B&Bs in Ro...

John Ellis (AOMCC 2-stroke spares organiser) has a wealth of information and knowledge on these bikes. And the AOMCC has a huge spares stock. Well worth a chat with him once you know what you need.

Clutch pressure plate screws undoing themselves and starting to hit the dome maybe. All my Ariels do this despite my efforts to stop it.

Facebook vs forum - sounds like we have our very own Brexit conundrum. Hopefully it won't turn out as contentious as that though. Really its your choice - use Facebook or not. I don't see anyone will lose out by not joining the FB group, but its a good and progressive thing the club is doing by star...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the A6/664 cam also a sidevalve cam? I seem to recall his from when I was trying to figure out which cam to put in my 38VH. It certainly made it go better anyway.

It wasn't so much the collets as getting the spring to compress straight so I can get both collets in. Sorted it eventually tho. Should be ready for Ireland.
