LF250 part numbers

Hi,
I am looking for a Piston for my 29 LF250, the 250cc, my old one is in poor condition. Fortunately i have a spare barrel so can go standard or plus 40. Drags don't have any, Vale Onslow might but need a part number. Can anybody help or point me in the direction of getting one.
Cheers

Exhaust Pipes LF250

Hello, I am putting a 29 LF250 together. I have most parts ready now but not the exhaust pipes, no patterns to work from. Does anybody know who can make these. I was told of Andrew Newton of Strelley Village, Nottingham but don't have his contact details or is there anybody else who could make them....

Thanks Roger, no point in chrome if that was not original. The only other picture i had seen showed chrome but someone has just sent me a picture of another 29 painted. I'll go for paint then.

Re: The story of a 1928/29 Ariel LF 250. Part 1.

Hi Keith, I too am lucky enough to be restoring an LF250. Mine is a 1929 It was incomplete when I dragged it out of a van 18 months ago, fortunately I have found most of the missing parts although missing the middle frame rails. It came with the old V5 which was a bonus. I need to get the Petrol Tan...
