hi Dave ; i use 55% ag silver solder for everything , you can buy just a few rods of it which doesnt cost too much . for flux i use either easi flow or sif flux silver solder flux . you can buy flux coated rods but i dont like using them myself and i opt for the for the bare rod heated up and dip it...

hi Ian ; if you wanted something re wound you could speak to the fellas at brothers EMR near swindon . they are in a workshop next to where i work and have all the gear to rewind almost anything plus a lot of test eqpt and knowledge on rebuilding all types of electric motors etc .

wanted pair of brake shoes , suitable for relining to fit half width hub on an NH pre 55 .

south cerney engineering near cirencester glos can do rebores from 2" bore upwards .

yes its the lifting handle, goes into the tube right next to where you have it laying . 2 tabs just under the star shaped end that twist and lock it into the "keyhole. will also be sprung loaded so it pops out a bit when you release it . bike looks really clean to me , one to ride as is , mine ...

hi Nige ; you should see at least 50mpg but its more usual to get 70mpg out of the leader or arrow . my leader easily does 70mpg and it doesnt make much difference how its ridden . im using the 7/8" carb . if you have a 1 1/16" carb and the engine has high compression heads and has had a b...
