I have a 1950 KH with a panel tank, which has no hole for the speedo cable. Apparantly, these were used for a short time with a unique holder for the speedo off the top yoke I got such a piece but I have no clue how it fits ? The holes are way to small to take the standard fork top nuts ... I couldn...

I always put stainless (or alloy) rims and stainless spokes on every bike that I intend to keep. Whatever you do, the chrome ones will eventually start to rust (in my case quicker as I am not very good at cleaning stuff) and you will be kicking yrself when that happens as you strip it all back down ...

The dynamo itself isn't 6v or 12v, as such It's output is governed by it's rotational speed and the regulator. If you spin a standard E3 fast enough, un-regulated, then you should easily see voltages up to 20v I have had dynamos which will motor but refuse to provide their own output. The armature s...
