Do I relace the wheel to the correct rim, or respect the part isn't correct and use the big fa...

Lathe user?

Anyone out there who could recommend someone who could turn a rear wheel spindle on a lathe? I've got a '29 LF I've given up trying to find the correct rear wheel for it, so have dug a tiger cub wheel out of the shed which should do. My dad has two lathes, one the chuck is too small to take the size...

Re: Centre stand for 250cc LB & LF, 1929 only

I'd be interested as i'm doing up a '29 LF. I don't need a stand, but having a spare would be good, how much?

Re: Bike registration MOT exempt?

Hi thanks for the link. I had looked at that website first, but i'm still not sure it sort of sends you in circles. On general how to get a bike registered the Cambridge Lambretta workshop's website is good as it even shows an example of the forms filled in http://www.lambretta.co.uk/technical.html#...

Bike registration MOT exempt?

Hi, a question I hope you guys and gals can help with. If you had a bike that is old enough to not need an MOT, but you need to register it, does it need an MOT? Bike in question is a 1929 ariel LF, that I have the old log book for, but currently isn't registered. Would it need a mot? Which could be...
