Rear mudguard , chain covers and.....

Yesterday I removed the rear mudguard because it has many things that are not original. It also lacks the hinge. Is there a drawing with location of each hole? This is the inner side of my wng's primary chain cover Do you know what they are for and what role do these two pieces marked with red arrow...
