Does anyone know if a technical article on the Leader/Arrow engine ever appeared in the 'Blue Un' - that is 'The Motor Cycle' please? If so, what was the publication date please?
Engine no. prefix is TE. As pointed out in June, It has an alloy head, as would be expected for a '55 machine, but it is on top of a barrel from an all-iron engine with nuts between the second and third fins.

The iron engines do tend to leak at the joint if the nuts are not tightened down very carefully and evenly several times. That is why the alloy head engines had an extra head bolt.
