i line up timeing with chain and sprocket on put the nut on by hand and get a socket or a tube to tap the sprocket on or just nip it up a bit with a impact gun then you can tighten it up

what i do i put it the centre stand tip the bike over a bit and put a block under one halve of the stand then tip the bike onto the block then put a block under the other side just keep puting blocks under till you get up to get wheel off its a bit tight but i get off

storm x do not blister the paint it got a nice soft Lineing to stop it rubing the paint

HI Mick it grates all time wen it go into fist and if go into 2-3 or wen you do get it into 4 its the same i have just took the clutch off and its sticking its looks like with a old oily grease and one of clutch ajusting screws was not right in like the rest i hope that is what is not leting me not ...

the first mot was Introduced in 1960 in the very early days lights was a extra and most were carbide i have 4 cars and 3 flat tank on carbide gas lights but no brake light

HI I was thinking can it be that the clutch is draging and it grates wen changeing into first gear can that be why it dont go into 3 and 4 gears first time

HI you can ride a modern motorcycle with no lights all you need is a brake light you you get daylight M O T and if you have a bike after 1954 you need a brake light before that yon can have no light i have 3 bikes running on daylight mot just got a brake light
