All this talk of ethanol is getting confusing; this discussion has been ongoing on the VMCC forum.
As i understand it, ethanol at 5% is in use but not completely countrywide and, yes it’s being increased to 10%.

Agreed!! Delete without question. Any unexpected email, usually with dubious English as yours was should be deleted without clicking on any form of link. DELETE!
