Hell, I have bits that have been hiding away for more than 25 years, not goin...

Re: Indian guards

Hi Wade, those look pretty well made, excellent in fact for Indian made.
Trust all is well with you and we will have to get together next time I am down to the coast.

Re: I need help identifying Ariel

Hi, I too am in Kamloops Canada and finding Ariel bits can be a long affair with eBay a major source and Draganfly with both sources mostly from Britain. They are nice bikes when done and not impossible to get done but it will take a year or so as I have found on a couple I have.

Re: Misfiring of Iron Square Fours - a new variant (to me)

Well spotted Paul. I would have searched for quite a while before finding that one and have found myself truly scratching my head a few times on things like that. Started my change from Amal horizontal to Solex today and have been consulting some of your guidance along with other sources on the foru...

Re: Handlebar furniture and riding style

Sounds like talking to my mother sometimes. Usage of certain words could get tricky for a Quebecois Francaise speaker. Even after 60 years of speaking English.

Re: Square 4 camshaft

Thanks Brian, good update as I have one to be done and will be in Vancouver in another week or so. Used them for a couple of Norton cams a few years ago and more than pleased with the result. Need to deliver another Norton to my Rebuild buddy for his winter project; great arrangement as every winter...

Re: Draganfly poor service

Last order came in with one item on back-order but shipped a week later in any case, new order this morning and confirmation already back so I have had only positive in the main. Must agree that patience is good tool when tracking down parts, he'll I just got a part for one bike that I have been loo...

Re: Battery Voltage Monitor

That is the style I use as well and with a small press switch located in an unobtrusive spot it can be quite handy. Had not thought of mounting in the dummy battery case, not a bad alternative.

Good to see others advancing with their projects and of course for many of us not much else to occupy ourselves with.
