Re: FS : BTH auto-advance

We discussed this at the last Glos meeting - I think they are interchangeable. I've used both Lucas and BTH on a Lucas K1F magneto.

Re: Pixie

I've often dreamed of a fleet of Pixies arriving at an Annual Rally riding in formation and colour order.

Don't know why...

If anyone has a Pixie they want to give me please let me know. Maybe my dream could come true.

Re: New Member

Forgot to say - the AOMCC has an excellent spares scheme - Pete Kemp is Single Spares. I'd advise joining the club.

Re: New Member

If its a 39 its a rare one with Anstey link rear end. I'd agree with Adrie - tidy it up and ride it.
Post up the frame and engine number prefixes.

Re: PB 547 1919 Ariel 498 c.c

From those numbers it looks to be 1918. I don't have a lot of W&P bikes on my list from 1918, but a lot from 1919 onwards. If anyone has any W&P engine, frame and registration numbers then please send them to me. I have been compiling a list of data since I bought my 1913 TT model and have 6...

Re: Annual rally and travel to Ireland

Re: New member

John Ellis (AOMCC 2-stroke spares organiser) has a wealth of information and knowledge on these bikes. And the AOMCC has a huge spares stock. Well worth a chat with him once you know what you need.
