Are you sure that metal loaded filler is a good idea? One of the purposes of the cap is to insulate electrically. Fibre loaded might be better.

The brakeplate looks like a WNG part. If the drum is 6½" diameter, it is a WNG part, and they had 36 spokes. If you measure the lenght of the front fork from the middle of the wheelspindle to the middle of the lower link spindle to be 450 mm, then the fork is also from a WNG. Normal Ariel forks...

As far as I remember, there was some bikes with a big airfilter on the left side of the bike below the saddle. Could this be a connection for such a filter?
