Geeeeeeeeeeeeeee, Well, your'e spoilt for choice now. You can find yourself a twin engine (it is indeed a twin frame look at the 'special' front engine plates) or get a friendly welder to weld up a chunk of alloy on the left side crankcase half. Decent wheels, but the rear could have '54 brakeplate ...

Hello Neil, just saw your question. I bought a VH tank from India. Pricewise a good buy, not if youre going for fit & forget....... All four mounting holes on mine are ±2cm off. I did have a good e-mail contact with them and they are willing to improve, but I found that you really have to SPELL ...

Hi Klaus, the surface rust could be the problem with your locking brake, only remedy I can think of is leaning the bike over to the right when parked, against a wall or so. That way the rain wont get in or buy a bikecover. What I did with non circulair new brake shoes : Stick double sided tape on th...

If the 5250 one is really spot (REALLY spot on) then that price would be o.k. for a top notch machine. IMHO
Using this 5250 as a benchmark you can deduct costs for all parts missing / incorrect or in need of replacement/refurbisment and so end up with a realistic price for wng's on offer

Ehhhh, Nils, you have to be a bit more specific. As a starter : what year is the bike it needs to go on ? After that, it will most likely be a case of finding the right hub and rim and get it laced up to fit your bike. If youre lucky perhaps you find a complete wheel just for the year your bike is. ...
