Crankshank Allen Keys stuck

Guys anyone got a method of getting the crankshaft allen keys unstuck? I got 4 crankcases when I bought my basket case arrow. The first 2 I managed to loosen but the 2nd two have given real problems. If fact I cannot loosen the allen key at all. I broken the end off my allen key on one. I have now f...

Wiring Loom Routing

Got the wiring loom today for my Arrow.

Can anyone tell me how the wiring is routed to the headlamp, points and the alternator?

Roger thanks all great information I need to chase up fittings as I have some but basically short.
I am also wondering if I need to make a this ply or cardboard base to figure our positioning etc.

Brian the shocks look good and what you say makes sense. I see the sprocket is modified looks a great bike any other photos of the bike I am impressed.
