Seeking David Jones and Solex gaskets

I am in the US, and need replacement gaskets for my '53 MK II Sq 4. I have been told that a guy by the name of David Jones in the UK is a purveyor of Solex parts? I do have a phone number (01526 832858), but even a short phone call from here is outrageously expensive. Wonder if any UK member might h...

Stepped Style Valve Keeper Collets needed

Re: desperately seeking timing chain stop 4G MK II

Thanks for all the prompt posts. It does look like fabrication should be simple. And yes it is the simplex setup. No idea where the old one went. Judging from the half-a***d job tbe previous owner did for the FIRST failure (undisclosed at time of purchase) I woildnt be surprised if he just left it o...

desperately seeking timing chain stop 4G MK II

Some 18 months after my disastrous rod failure on my '53 'sq 4 MK II, it is looking like I am close to getting the engine back together, thanks in part to scoring an undamaged crankcase. One part is missing, and that is the tensioner blade stop labeled in the Draganfly engine explosion as part numbe...
