I had to register my Transalp and it took a couple of weeks in total. Phone them after a few days. I found them very helpful.

They are as tight as a tight thing. Luckily we've got a press but even then they didn't want to come. If you don't have access to a press then Rogers method will work. Use decent saw blades or you could be sawing for a long time.

Hi Alan. If you don't get any joy, I'm sure we will have a spare one somewhere. Check the pins that run in the cam groove also. They tend to wear flats on the sides.We make ours out of silver steel.

Has it got a rubber tip on it ? I have heard of the rubber swelling and sticking. I think you can get a Viton tipped needle that ( hopefully ) cures this.
