Re: Crankshaft seals

Hi David. You had the same trouble as us with the seal by the look of it. They can be a bit of a b..... Wheels, footrests and porting to do on ours. Have converted ( but not finished) the swinging arm pivots to needle roller bearings.

Re: electronic ignition

Hi Ken. The black box is very small, not much bigger than a matchbox. On mine (Arrow) I've stuck it to the top of the frame to the back of the dummy tank. Plenty of space in there once you take the tool tray out. Can't remember what the arrangement is on a Leader.

Re: electronic ignition

Hi Ken. First of all, sorry not to find you at the Stafford show. Got Pazon on Delilah. For about 8 years now. Bought it direct from them in NZ. Easy to fit and great after sales service. Always fit resistor plug caps with this system. Trevor, if you go onto their website you can see all the options...

Suzukis have big transfer ports to go with the reeds so I am a bit flumoxed by this one. Roger (Jess) will no doubt chip in as I think he has a set of r/v cases. ...

Re: Arrow Enfield Airfield? Gearbox problem

Hi Alan. Could be a combination of worn dogs on the sliding gear that engages with the sleeve gear and/or worn pins in the selector shaft where it runs in the selector drum. We make ours out of silver steel butvI think you can get them from Drags. The iron bushes are prone to wear. Has the flange on ...

Re: Frame paint

I agree with Ian. There is one of our colleagues on the Yahoo forum who has now got a motor full of grit. It gets into the air intake cavity and won't (easily) come out. If you have to have the frame blasted use vapour or soda.
