Have been reading all the threads in this brilliant forum regarding remote oil filters pros and cons, and I feel that the OCD part of me need an oil filter on the oil return line. The pump has no problems pressing the oil through, I get an even trickle of oil out of the return pipe in the tank just ...

Oil filter kit from Morgo, kit expensive, but replacement filters are Hiflo HF197 and costs little. Very neat and easy to tuck away. Sump plate is club spares yes.

Yes, a 350 with 7,5:1 CR piston and a Franklin P2 cam (~HS MkI -54) It is originally a W/NG made in 1940, early one. As it was missing so much original W/NG parts, and already had been civilianized by former owners, I went for a -39 ISDT look-a-like. It will be used when ready, already yearning for ...

Have sunk a national budget in it, making it bright and shiny, as well as a wee bit quicker. We'll see around spring time how goes.

After some investigation I am leaning towards that it is a hub for a rigid 46-51 model Triumph, or a Triumph 3HW/WD model. I find very little on these hubs on the web, so probably a good deal on a rare hub ;*)

Lowered price by £40. As far as I have found out it is for a Triumph pre-unit.

Yes, I have to agree that it is not for an Ariel - probably Norton or Triumph.
