I’m with Paul on this, it sounds like fuel. I read another thread where an in-line filter was the culprit. If there is one, remove it and see.

Well, the registration plate still appears to be with that bike according to DVLA which is a good sign.
I recently checked on my first bike, a BSA A7ss and the DVLA confirmed the plate was on a Mercedes

Just to update the forum: Since posting the “advert” for a Sq4, I have had some great feedback and offers. I now have an agreement in principle to purchase a 4G and cannot wait to get the bike home!
