Perhaps I should have bought that ss80 with petrol tube sidecar back in 1975 for £300 and not the 500 Susuki.Ahhh! well the knowledge of hindsight and the foolishness of youth.

Hi Jorgen,many thanks for replying,this is not the correct one,firstly the cam followers have rollers on then that follow the shape of the cam the cam is narrow,it is 11mm wide compared to the later one,the diametre of the spindle is 13mm compared to 19mmon the later type,it does not have a piece to...

Greetings all,here is my last resort gained over many years working on old butchered rusty vehicles from trucks to bikes,if it is possible to grind a flat off the nut get as close to the the thread as poss then do the same on the opposite flat of the nut,a good clout with a hammer and chistle breaks...
