Hello John, Very nice done! In order to minimize inaccuracies I also suggest to take out most slack of the magneto chain. By means of a piece of rubber tube placed between the top run of the magneto chain and the chain case you wil come close to running conditions. Under running conditions the lower...

...and for running in I suggest to take your time. With modern lubricants it will take quite more time for bedding in compared to ''the older oils''...
