On this moment the engine is at Rob's for a major rebuild: he will regrind the crank, put in new big end shells, rebore the barrel and put in ...

Re: new forum for w/ng

Hello Steven,
According to the list from Draganfly your frame number XG13200 would fit in the range which was despatched towards the end of 1940. Are you shure about the engine number? (the engine number is also repeated on the crankcases between the front engine plates).
Cheers Paul ;)

Re: Identify tank please

Vincent, my W/NG petrol tank has the same long welded on steel strips with the bolt holes and a clearence on the right side to make room for cables(?) The petrol tank above has the ‘indian like’ tiny strips for that purpose... but not sure if that's a good indication. Did you try to fit the old base...

Re: VH on ebay

Even so could be a good bike, all depending on howmuch the bike will fetch and sell and if numbers match.
And on the other hand all can be cured!

Re: VH on ebay

Frame and en engine number would fit 1935. Althoug some ‘wrong things’ like brake pedal etc, you still can make it a nice machine! I like it. ;)

Re: W/NG in Germany ?

I'am tempted! But no, you can't have it all (...?) I rather focus now on my rigid KH project, and beside that i'am still enjoying my recent acquired W/NG!
This one is for another lucky dog!! (have you seen it still got the solid handle bar levers!)

Re: W/NG in Germany ?

Very Nice indeed! It looks very original, all is there to restore. Looked upon their site. Many pictures incl. frame and engine number.
As you say, not known if its still for sale. Frame number looks like 1943.
