The thing to do is; sandblast it and fill with "Devcon" aluminium puty, you wont see the differends for at least 10 years.

Even a exhaust stub or fin will stay alive, they also have cast iron puty.

I can help you with a 23 sprocket with innerbush and slip from FH-KH?.

If you make a second connecting bolt with a flange? for a tube you can see the petrol level, make sure it's center air scew, when on the motorcycle.

P.s. On a pre 1931 where the carb. is level better take underside airscrew.

My 1953 VHA is 6 inches x 2. 3/8, original mudguard, no garanties.

The top of your valve plus cap must be 4.5mm higher than 90 degrees to rocker ax center, how ever you do it.

The springs are related to the intended rev's.

When repaired, the kickstartlever should be upright to save your first kicktooth.

The gearcheance has a mark on the radget? and axel.

Some rockers have rings in stead of springs, if the oil banjo's are titened to much at one point the rockers will turn heavely giving the same problems as you have.
