After a night with the inverter running and a few bits of electricity being used for the fridge and lights it seems to loose around 10% but easily gets charged up by around midday , even if it's a bit grey. Much quicker if the suns shining.

The old house here lost its electric supply back in 1988 along with two poles that carried the wires. To reinstate the supply was going to cost a fortune. The electricians who rewired everything just assumed that one day it will be connected and wired it up accordingly. I used a temporary supply arm...

Glengarriff for yet another trip to Bere Island. I've alot of finishing off to do but after this trip I
should be able to retire the van and get back on my bike.

Ahh, Thanks for asking Duncan, Keith also asked me recently. I'm in top form.
I've been at the house on Bere Island like somebody possessed and apart from dipping in here occasionally to keep up to date my poor Ariel has been neglected.

I'll post some pictures of what I've been up to.

Those oil banjos often leak and need regular tightening till they settle down. Should have no effect on starting.

Hi Lee, you don't have to have a whole lot of compression for it to go. I'd get the plugs out and give them a good clean.

Wherabouts in the UK are you?
