Re: 1956(?) NH with sidecar

Hi Frank,
If I remember correctly you've got some pretty good hills out there in BC and you're thinking of buying a 350 with a sidecar!

Re: Primary chain tension - '58 Huntmaster

Hi Nick,
According to the CVMG roster there is a Nick Pratt in Peterborough who has a Huntmaster. But most of these adjustments are very similar on the various Ariel models and even on any British bike of the same vintage. Do you attend CVMG meetings in your area?

Hi Wade,
I've replied to two of your e-mails but you obviously haven't been receiving them. Check your spam folder!

Nick,
Where in Ontario are you located? There are lots of Arielists living in that province.

I have been thinking that the number on the frame is too evenly stamped to be factory made!

Nick,
Where are you located? There might be someone living nearby who could show you how to adjust the chain.

Saddle Seat For Sale

I have a large saddle seat for sale at Canadian $100 plus postage. I didn't like the look of the cover when I had this seat on my Sq4 so I had it recovered and then I liked it even less. I replaced it with another seat so this one is now surplus to my needs.

When I bought my Sq4 it had a 4.00x18" tire on the rear which had a larger overall diameter than the 3.50x19" I ended up using.

On the Sq4 magdyno the flat side of the distributor must face to the left of the machine, n'est-ce pas?
