My first post on your forum, so hello all. I hope to introduce my self properly with some pictures if I ever get the time.

I looks like someone has spent a lot of time and care on it. If it goes as well as the ebay advert says then it should be a good ride.

I've not seen an inspection lamp mounted on the oil sight glass before.
The carb looks like a later type.
No front number plate.
Full lighting and charging set with 'covered wagon' magdyno

The AOMCC have the factory records for 1928 if you wanted to check whether the frame and engine started life together.

I'm sure the proper experts will be able to pick a few holes in it (they always can)

Thank you for the advice, I didn't like to ask about price. It's on Car and Classic for 9.5K which would be to much. What do you think the market is like at the moment? I was talking to someone the other day who has a collection of stationary engines, he was saying that they are falling in value.
I'm not looking for a financial investment but more as some thing to ease my fear of the rabid square four lurking in the corner of my barn!

My feelings were it was at its money.It looks a nice machine with extras.The sidevalves are a nice lazy ride,I have an original 29A that has been in use for about ten years now.Leave the sq in the barn or better still move it on.They can be big money pits,4 of everything.
