H J Pugh Auction - 17th Feb

Postby iansoady » Fri Feb 09, 2018 2:23 pm

Has several Ariels including a Leader, Red Hunters, KK twin, Squariel outfit with what looks like a Steib......

Lots of other stuff as well.

I can recommend the Pughs auctions but would advise viewing before bidding as it's easy to get carried away!

Vincent, might go but can't fit this on the bike if you bid and win.

At their last auction I bought a large box of bits on the strength that it had a (very rusty) toolbox for my 1952 Norton. Cost me £70.

When I got it home and unpacked it, I found lots of goodies. So far I have sold some for £175 on ebay and currently have a BT-H magneto (the modern solid state one) with a bid of £255. There are still a few odds and ends to go.

Nice little earner......

Yes, be interesting to see how much it fetches. I'm quite happy with my Chinese lathe but Myfords are quality.

It was Myford lathe in my first real job back then, real quality I think.
