Recommendations for insurance

Postby PeterW » Wed Nov 06, 2019 7:29 pm

I've just had my renewal docs through from Footman James and the premium has increased by 18% from last year.
Bit steep in times of sub 2% inflation!

Any recommendations? I've been with FJ for years but maybe its time to change.

Hi I insure with carole nash, I've been with them for years. One year they put my premiums up a lot, I went on a web comparison site and every quote was cheaper, phoned them up and carole bettered the best quote I got. I'm not saying they are good, but try a web comparison site and if you get good results phone Footmans and see what they can do. The modern world is annoying that brand loyalty means nothing!

But don’t try insuring a BSA M21 with CN as, apparently they don’t exist (and i’m not the only person to have had this issue with them!)
