Thanks All - Yes it is that one Simon, although I found it on Car and Classic - I couldn't resist. (Yes, Lucas mag)
It seems pretty complete - It could do with a centre stand and an appropriate horn (the wiring is there). Even has the original option of an inflatable pillion pad - (although no longer inflatable!)
Definitely not restoring this one. I have had it running, but it does need some fettling - notably clutch not disengaging properly and carb needs cleaning and rebuilding.
I'm sure I'll be a regular on the forum again asking daft questions - especially of those infinitely more experienced and expert than me, like Simon and Dave (Dave's book arrived today)
While I'm here, it has a 276CX/1A Amal carb - would this be original and any recommendations on jet sizes...?
