Ariel Arrow production racer returns to Silverstone

Hi all,
Last weekend the ex George Salt Production Racing Arrow returned to Silverstone Race circuit to be ridden in the Parade events.
This Arrow was raced at Silverstone 50 years ago in the 9 hour Production Race finishing 2nd in class, riders that year were Peter Inchley and Robin Good.
It's believed this is the first time in all those years that the Arrow has been back to Silverstone.
The Arrow ran very well indeed during the three Parade sessions over the weekend, turning the clock back for some spectators who remember those Production Races and were at Silverstone once again last weekend.

Hi Roger,
it's lovely to see these bikes, still ridden as intended. Thanks for the posts.
Racing memories stick around for a long time.
I went back to my home speedway track a couple of years ago, after about 20 years away.
It wasn't expecting that it would feel as strange as it did.
