Didn't Tony organize trials for the VMCC in the '70s at places like Normandy Hill?

I have fond memories and some photos somewhere.

He had quite a collection including an ISDT Gold Star.

I think the photo comes from the last century. When I asked Kempy to display his 1951 VH on the stand at Stafford in 2001 he indicated it was in the back of the shed, scruffy and thus unavailable. So the photo is well before 2001 and, if my guess is correct, taken at an Annual Rally at Norwich. Since then, Tony's beard has gone white, but I have been unable to discern any such improvements in Kempy. It may be that the flat cap he habitually wears these days hides a lack of hair on top.

I think I took the picture in 1990 / 91 or so .
The place where I learned about Speckeld Hen and how to burn the clutch of a FH in the restaurant !
