Mk1 sq4 oil filter bracket

Postby peterR » Wed Jan 08, 2020 3:55 am

I have all the parts for fitting an oil filter to my mk1 sq4 with the exception of the bracket. Draganfly are out of stock and have been for some time. Does anyone have the dimensions etc to make a bracket.

Cheers
PeterR

I usually end up making my own bracket out of a bit of angle iron. There is no "correct" answer as to where it should go.

I'm a bit late but here are some pics of the bracket. This one was supplied by Drags, I have also used one on my 48 KG.

Thanks to those who responed to my post. I have been busy/slack and haven't been in the shed for a while. While crusing on Draganfly i noticed the bracket were back in stock so I ordered one. They posted the ordered one and the one they aparently back ordered for me. So i went from none to two. No problem will put it with the rest of the spare bits on the shelf.

Cheers

Hello Peter,
Rather than having your spare bracket gather dust on the shelf, I would be happy to buy it from you. I was about to order one myself from Drags!
Please message me if you are interested.
