Embedded video doesn't work (might be me) but the link is fine.

Maybe that spring is soft? The list I have suggest that Pete Kemp has the 1260-30 shock absorber spring and the 1272-41 sliding member.
cheers

I'd go for swapping it too Chris, the sprocket looks good though doesn't it?

It's always a pleasure helping out on the forum - breaks up the working day!
cheers

:D Hi
quick update - ordered all the parts - Sprocket, Sliding Member, Spring - sliding member would not slide or even fit, so refitted old - I think i could have gotten away wit just a new spring, however as it was apart and i had new bits - i changed them.

replaced the rest of the removed stuff - started her up and all is well - presently i've only covered 5 miles but goes up and down the box so i think i cracked it

Many thanks for all the comments and assistance :D :D :D
