VH 1953 - Wedgewood blue

Postby ralfarvid » Sat Sep 01, 2018 9:40 am

How common is it with Wedgewood Blue colour to VH bikes in 1952 & 1953?
Strange with a model called Red Hunter and Blue colour!

A blue VH from 1953 vad just turned up in Sweden. I thought that Wedgewood Blue only was used to VHA & VCH when it was a single cylinder bike!

Blue because of the Coronation year 1953, it was used across the whole range incl. SQ4s
And the blue is not a wedge cos a wedge is someting else.
It's Wedgwood Blue as from the typical blue used on fine china porcelain produced since 1759, Stoke on Trent
