Rear brake cable.

Postby Leejm » Tue Apr 23, 2019 10:07 am

Hi all can someone please give me the correct inner and outer length of the above. The one I have in the inner is too long I have run out of adjustment and the pedal is far to low to be usable., so will need to shorten it. Cheers Lee

Hi

Is the Draganfly information incorrect?

Not sure I got my cable from them and it's most certainly wrong!

Thanks Lee

One to bear in mind when I get to the cables on my FH - what model are you looking for? I could measure the old one from my FH if it helps.

Regards Mick

Lee, forgive the stupid question, but have you made sure the brake shoes are correctly adjusted on the fulcrum adjuster?

It’s surprising how much of a difference it makes, but I do know others who have missed that.

Shame, I always like the simple answers!

Have you tried JJ cables from Warwickshire? They should have all the info you need. Their number is 01926651470

If jj calbe is correct I will be sending the dranganfly one back. For the cost of it you would of thought it would be correct but apparently not!
