As it's now official that you need at least 4 Ariels to fullfill your personal meaning of life I went out today and got myself No.4
A 1955 Dutch import KH..
I dont need 5 Ariels (or do I ??), so for now the red one (NH) was left behind.
New set of sprockets & chains and some air in the tyres and all will be fine. :D :)

a genuine barn find !

Anyone having a ± 1955 KH engine surplus to their requirements... ?

Yep, 4 it is. And it looks as if you've found us a black and white dog mascot as well :D

Good luck with your project

Steve

On the matter of KH's
How come Stan's (in 1982 :D ) KH has the chrome bar at the bottom of the tank ?
Or is it a SQ4 tank ?

Maybe this 1955 KH had a dent in the tank so he made it lower.
The bar on your tank is as it should be.
