Steve,
With that headlight you'll be able to get your own back on those blue lighted cars!!

Yes, I too am anxious to get back on the bike, but I've got to refit the engine first!!

It would be nice to see it with light on. Is it street legal?

I rode my 350 to Porton Down this morning, it's only an hour's ride or so. The beast from the east certainly made my feet cold. I certainly missed my fairing.

Not sure Eero, I've got it set very low so it doesn't annoy oncoming traffic. I took the glass out of an old Lucas headlight and with the chrome rim I siliconed it to the front. The way the back is made it made it easy to make a bracket to fit inside my fairing. That was till the bracket broke :D

When I'm next on the road I'll try for a picture that will show the headlight I use. It seems a good sturdy unit as when it fell of the Lucas glass broke but the headlight survived.
Here's my spare.

I think police have more important things to do than checking old bikes lights. :D

At last I've managed a ride, that beast from the east has gone not without spoiling my trip up north.

Met up today with my friend from Farnham with his S8. We got to Arlesford Station for coffee but even that was closed because of the weather .

Back to Worthing and no sign of any snow, was even fairly warm this morning.
On the way just the other side of Chichester I could see a car broken down. A Rolls Royce built just up the road at Goodwood. He should've built an Ariel :D

Hi Steve,
I hope you didn't smirk too much!!!

Glad to see that you're out an about.

I'm getting back into being busy in the garage, so hope to be back on two wheels again soon.
