Finaly sorted out my wing!

Postby Rgray » Wed Jan 24, 2018 8:56 pm

I`ve used over a year to finaly sort out my wing.

New timing case, carb, cables and wires, lick of paint, cut and shunt the rear mudguard, new tyres and pipe.

Not for the purists but I am taking it out on the speedway track a couple of times next year and wanted to give it a slight nod to the racing era.

I managed to test it a coulple of weeks ago (loads of snow here now) and it runs great and now that I have sorted out the valve lifter, I can stop it too.

It also doesn`t leak anymore so please ignore the plastic box under the bike, I took the pic just after changing the oil :D

Thanks fellas, I`m realy pleased with it.

For those with keen eyes, I have now made a new clutch cable (missing in pic) and fabricated a couple of brackets for the tail pipe.

I`m really looking forward to spring.
