Great photos, a bit of history. The Great Aunt looks like the only one in party mood. Does anyone have any other factory photos maybe taken from outside to give an idea of how big the factory was? I love this type history and wonder if it is worth a section of its own.

I have plenty but will only use them behind the passworth, so make a new item-section and put the pictures there, if this site is big enough, social media is not the right place for it. The Ariel club has them to.
These pictures are of the despatch department decorated for the May 1937 Coronation of King George VI. The second picture was used in the Motor Cycle and Cycle Trader twice, once in May and also in Dec 31st 1937 in their review of the year.
1935 cammy Square, 1938 VB, brace of 1950 MkI Squares, 1959 MkII Square and several Ariel and Fleet pushbikes.
Well at least I got the model year correct! What a great way to celebrate.
