Not Ariels - but good engineering

Postby PeterW » Sat Dec 08, 2018 9:36 pm

I've been watching "Project Binky" on YouTube. Nothing to do with Ariels but re-engineering an old Mini.
Amusingly presented and, for me, just the right balance of progress & detail.

Sometimes its easy to just buy a new part, watching these guys inspires me to get busy and make the odd bit from scratch.

I've been watching the "Bad Obsession" series as well (its a favourite of the Landcruiser Owners' Club).

The guys' skill is amazing . . . But they have been at that project for over two years !

I just wish I had a workshop like theirs  .

This is truly great, and it boils your sausage as your riding along how inventive. :-)
