Got a long day today, first a couple of jobs near Wimbourn Dorset.
One was a hospital the other some sort of rubbish to gas converter. I think all the local councils bring all their rotting waste to them for conversion to manure and the gas is used to make electricity. I've got to lag the top of this thing.
Then back home to pick up the gear for a job tomorrow near Norwich. Didn't fancy leaving early in the morning so left this afternoon.
Presently I've stopped near Newmarket for petrol and coffee.
I've just been chatting to a lovely lady who I saw ride into the station shortly after myself, shes a courier who's just ridden here from Cardiff. Now I thought I do some miles, her NC750 Honda has 70,000 on the clock and is only just over 1 year old!
After asking me where I was from she said she'd picked up a human brain from there just last week.
The builder who's doing the work on Bere Island for me rang me last week asking where I lived and is it near Norfolk
Nope, but he was lucky. He wants me to look at a tractor hes thinking of buying. Turns out it's in Newmarket on my way home tomorrow. I'll try and check it out for him.
