Now it's good you brought your own tent, this is the sleeping tent at the Dutch rally, there was a German copple in it, I think they had eten to much onions.

Its a boat that can put its own legs down and raise itself up out of the water I'll gwt a better pic on the way back

It's a rig for drilling gas wells in shallow water. You sail the rig to the desired location, wind down the legs and the legs lift the platform out of the water - hence 'Jack-Up'. You can then drill for gas or oil or whatever - they were quite commonly used in the North Sea, because the weather makes it very difficult to drill with a floating rig.
