The son of a friend of mine has one of these and wishes to get rid of it. Although not a Sq4 expert I have seen it and it looks like a good project to me. All major parts are there and in a partly restored condition . with the bike partly put together. the engine turns over and it comes with a spare set of recently rebuilt wheels. Work needs doing on the gbox and there is no inner or outer primary chaincase. It is registered KOP94. and has an old aomcc authentication certificate.It is in the midlands, UK.
