I wonder what do they think about Burney?

A 1954 crankcase with the 'old' stud fixing probably belongs in the category once described by Geoff Thomasson...

What did he say about that category?

regards, Paul

Took a few pictures of all the rally stickers on The Hermanator .
I wil save these covers as they are, I'll fit other ones.

And the 1940 RH engine for The Hermanator on it's way to become a working engine once more.
Fitted with a new club spares VCH camshaft and my one and only pair of NOS single lobe followers.

Inspired by this picture.........

W-NG frame straightening - kopie.jpg

I got a bit carried away with the welding opportunity....
This W/NG frame was at the front 8mm out, and at the rear 12mm.

The next one needs a bit more input ..

Will you have to bend the frame the other way for riding on the right? :D sorry
Seriously though, I havent always properly checked my frames when I've rebuilt them. Looking at yours its something I should in future.

Eero, by judging the flame (and those tubes) it's on natural gas with compressed air, makes a impressive noise!
I like these old pics, Always a lot to see and learn from, the bench next to it has a sign that says 'Norton' on it.

Steve, you made me laugh again (again!) Yep, the second frame will overtake itself right now :D
And yes , I am going over the top with this jig, last time (with Burney) I used a steel pole outside, this time with two frames to do I'd give it a go with some surplus U shaped bits....

Onto the KH subject....
For your information; a Autovalues Morgo crankcase bung HB11 said to fit a BSA crank also fits a 1950 > 1957 KH crank.
Comes with very handy hex inside.
slightly dearer then Drags at 4.34 GBP (against 4.05) but those are the slotted type.
