Looks to me 47/48 NG.
1948 NH, BSA D10 SPORTS. 1953 VHA, 1951 KH rigid project.

I'm going for 1946/47 NG.

Well it has the 46 to 48 yokes. Cylinder has the smaller base so it's a 350 the tank colour looks the same as the rest of the bike so black. I thought the NG had girders in 46 where hunters at teles that year the ng gained teles in 47. So my money is on 47/48 NG.

The LPB registration is from Surrey and was issued between Jan 1947 and Jan 1948.

The tax disc is expiring 1948

I thought all the NG s had black paint rims .Obviously not..........The rider looks very thin,might be an ex POW.

Also the bike is fitted with red hunter mudguards and not the valanced deluxe guards so for me NH

The mandatory motorcycling gear of the time was clearly gauntlets!

A great picture - and lots of detail, even the tyre pump.
