Hi Terry - welcome to the forum.
Your rear shocks look too long - on the centre stand (with the back wheel off the ground) my s/arm is almost horizontal (the top edge of the back end of the pillion/exhaust mounting is about mid-way on the swing-arm).
Your front brake's all wrong as well, it won't work properly set up like that. The cable should come down the front of the fork leg into an abutment/cable adjuster on the bottom of the slider, and the cable should make a right-angle with the lever when the brake is pulled on (the fulcrum adjuster at the opposite end of the shoes to the lever is used to keep this adjustment).
As Mick says, the frames frequently show marks of the chain rubbing, usually caused by folks not adjusting things properly.
