PA tank panel

Postby wade.edwards » Mon Apr 08, 2019 12:29 am

I’d like to go ahead and notch out a tank panel to receive a PA speedo in place of the Chronometric currently installed.
I don’t currently have a PA installed in a finished tank but no matter how you look at it the PA won’t fit through the Chrono hole.
Does anyone have a pic of the correct notch? Thanks

Is this what you need? I can take some measurements if you need them.

Hey Pete, thanks for that. I’ll take it from there. Funny thing about the panel on this tank is that it has a 1/2” hole filled and finished and then chromed. I only bought this machine last year but I recognize the fill and craftsmanship. I filled that hole 45 years ago while a sheet metal apprentice! What goes around comes around.Cheers, Wade
