Hmmmm, apart from what is already said (about Verralls Bike)
I spot a 19" front rim with text on the side of the rim.
Red Hunters have 20"
That is probably a Italian made Dunlop lookalike, called Radaelli .
Now Italians make great jobs of making all sorts of pasta and are equally good at crossing lakes on floats but putting Italian chrome rims on a restoration like this not done IMHO
Anyway, deduct lots of pounds from price to have wheels rebuild with Devon rims and one new front 20" tire....
The top castings on the girder itself I recognise as late W/NG or early post war
(there is a minute difference only known to da real anoraks......you know…yes,..those

).
In order to get it right try find a correct sized prewar girder, good luck …..
Switch in headlamp ? looks odd to me with text on rim (from a car?)
It does have the rather awkward RHS stand.
