hi have you tried putting in very hot water and some good silicone and a bent flat hook to help it on :?: or stretching it open a bit when its hot that is what i try wen i have pipes that will not fit on :)

hi does it go into gear ok without the engine running :?: if it does then i would look at the clutch adjustment or dragging or sticking clutch plates, most of time i find problems with getting first gear it is to do the clutch

hi Cam m there is a loctite that we did use for fitting hub bearings in lorries rear axles that was worn and it was very good and stop the bearing rotating in the hub but i cannot remember what the number was, all i remember was it was not the normal stud and bearing fix, it was to take up bigger ga...

him, there is one way we would fix it, but you would have to take the crank out and metal spray the shaft and then grind or turn it to the size you need there is a lot of good engineering shops that do metal spraying :) or they may be able to spray the inside of the gear and do it that way :?: 8-)

hi i use wellseal on the cases and on the gaskets and , if the cases do not fit together good i use the sealer i use to fit sumps on engines etc that do not use gadgets :)

hi is the engine sprocket driven by a step up or reduction gear , i was thinking it might be used in the 3 wheel little trucks that is used to run around greenhouse or warehouses i have seen these type of trucks or sit on barrows etc,that are petrol driven that has come it to our scrap yard and they...
